This beautifully historic Inn, originally constructed in 1894, has been welcoming travelers to the Adirondacks for well over a century. A meticulous restoration in 2004 thoughtfully preserved the building’s rich heritage, timeless character, and original charm while creating a comfortable and memorable stay for today’s guests. As a true historic hotel, the Inn embraces a simpler, more traditional lodging experience. In keeping with the character and architecture of the original building, guest rooms do not have televisions or air conditioning, and the Inn does not have an elevator. Guests staying on upper floors should be prepared to use the stairs. For guests with accessibility needs, we do offer two handicap-accessible accommodation options.
