Utica is the closest city and is Exit 31 on the NY thruway. From Exit 31, take Route 12 to Alder Creek and bear right onto Route 28. Follow Route 28 through Old Forge and continue 10 miles to Inlet. The Woods Inn's entrance is on the right, one mile past the Inlet town sign.
From the north & east, The Woods Inn is approximately a two hour drive from Albany, take Route I-87 to the Warronsburg Exit take route 9 N about 3 miles and go left on to Route 28 to Blue Mountain Lake. Turn left onto Route 28 South and continue through Raquette Lake to Inlet. The Woods Inn will be on your left, just past the Town Center.
The Syracuse, NY airport is approximately a two hour drive from The Woods Inn, and the Albany, NY airport is about a 2 ½ hour drive.
